Shipping & Handling Policy

Welcome to the Tattooed Moose and Voodoo Tiki Bar & Lounge (our sister bar) Shop! Here you can find all your favorite Moose and Voodoo Gear ... T-shirts, Gift Cards, Koozies, and more! Below are some basic Shipping + Handling info as well as some FAQs to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience!

When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed Monday through Thursday, not including holidays. Orders received after the close of business on Thursday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 7-10 business days + actual shipping time to receive your Tattooed Moose gear.

I gotta have it - BUT you're out of my size or the item! What can I do?

Sorry, but we can't offer backorders or rain checks if we are out of your size or favorite thing. Many of our items are limited runs...ahem, I mean "collector's items" ... and may never be available again. Other items are only ordered seasonally. Feel free to contact us at if you'd like to check on item's availability. Or simply check our website at a later time.

How do you calculate Shipping + Handling?

Both Sales Tax and Shipping + Handling charges will be calculated at the end of checkout based on weight, packaging (some items, like hats and hoodies, need more rigid packaging), and destination.

I don't live in the US. Can I still purchase Tattooed Moose gear?

We do offer shipping outside of the U.S. Please contact us at, and we'll be happy to set it up for you! Depending on your location, it usually costs about $20-25. Send us a message, and we'll be happy to estimate the shipping charges for you!

How will my Tattooed Moose gear be shipped?

Our preferred method of shipping is USPS. Processing may be delayed if you require items to be shipped to a P.O. or APO Box, or outside of U.S. and Canada. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping and we will try to accommodate your request.

Can I purchase Tattooed Moose gear on the phone or by mail?

Sorry, but phone orders or mail orders (cash, money order, or checks) will not be accepted. You're more than welcome to visit us in person, though!

I'm having trouble placing my order! I'm so frustrated! What do I do?

We try our best to keep the shop up-to-date and functioning properly, but sometimes we have technical difficulties. Send us a message to and we'll do our best to get you through the order all the way to check out!
